The Indian River County property appraiser recently announced that residents do not have to pay for a copy of their recorded deed. The announcement came after the office was made aware that some residents had gotten notices in the mail about how to buy a copy of property deeds.
You can find deed information on the Clerk of the Circuit Court’s website at no cost! To see the notices that were going around click here. To read announcement on the Indian River County property appraiser’s website, click here. Announcements are posted when they are pertinent.
